This is what it sounds like in my head reproduced in convenient 10 minute slices.

90 minutes of sine wave melodies, sliding formants, narrow frequency spikes, sub-atomic spelunking, deep-breathing exercises, ebb & flow, vague rumbles, the sound of air, ritualism and chaos.
